Specialising in operations, subcontractor management, and service delivery, Stefan leads the coordination and performance of subcontracting works across projects, ensuring high standards in safety, compliance, quality, and client delivery.
His background spans from electrical and mechanical fitting, lift modernisation, installations, and major infrastructure works, progressing through leading hand, project management, and operational leadership roles. This experience has built a strong technical foundation alongside proven leadership capabilities within fast-paced and high-performance environments.

Kimberley is a proud Dja Dja Wurrung and Yorta Yorta woman, bringing over 18 years of experience across strategic engagement, stakeholder partnerships, community leadership, and culturally informed practice.
Drawing on a professional background in Social Work, leadership, and community engagement, Kimberley is passionate about creating genuine opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities through strong partnerships and relationship building.
Known for her authentic leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-driven approach, Kimberley brings a collaborative, community-led focus to every partnership and opportunity.
Through her role, Kimberley leads engagement and partnership development across the business, supporting construction and infrastructure companies to strengthen relationships with First Nations communities and businesses.
